The Center was looking to create an impressive greeting area where visitors and guests are welcomed with inviting and contemporary decor. Gateway collaborated with Naomi Mamiye Design on this project. Phase II of the project will include additional common areas and resident rooms.

Renovated the interior, which included:
-Creating an all new lobby
-Hallways
-Business offices
-Conference room
